1. Once you have created your account (Get Started Now), you can order by simply logging in to the Snap website, choose the product type and carrier you are interested in, then select from the list of available models and add the quantity and city for activation (if applicable).

2. Complete the simple checkout process.
3. Snap Prepaid will fill your order, and you’ll get an email notification once processed.

 

Order Processing, Warranty and Returns

Generally your order will take 24-48 hours to process. Once processed, you will be notified that the order is shipped. At this time, we ship only via UPS, and can not accept your shipping number for alternate methods of shipping. Return to top

 

PagePlus Warranty & Returns.

 

Currently, the warranty period is six months from the date of activation, located on the back of the phone, underneath the battery. Altered or missing labels voids the warranty automatically.
